C.Essential for the legitimate interests of Neoptics, and they outweigh any adverse effect on the individual; and
D.To comply with other requirements as provided by relevant laws and regulations.

Under the PDPA, you may have the right to (a) request correction or rectification of personal data in our records; (b) withdraw previously provided consent at any time; (c) gain access to your personal data; or (d) seek policy clarifications regarding data processing.
